Alex Lalangan is a filmmaker based in San Diego, CA and has worked as a producer, director of photography, gaffer, assistant camera, camera operator, and editor since 2015. He graduated in 2018 with Bachelor of Science in Television, Film & New Media from San Diego State University and has also mentored adults with disabilities in furthering their media & entertainment careers since 2019.
Alex's filmmaking portfolio is largely comprised of narrative fiction and documentaries. He aims to build spaces and communities that cultivate local connections in San Diego while uplifting stories that haven't historically been visible in media & entertainment.
