Studio3 is a 2000 sqft, two-story, multi-use space that can be used for photoshoots, video shoots, music videos, films, podcasts, and more. The space includes A/C, heating, Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, TVs, speakers, a restroom for guests, and plenty of parking. A dock-level loading zone can also be accessed upon request. Members are given full access for use. Non-members can rent out the space by the hour or book for half/full days depending on their need. Rentals also include a studio representative and/or technical specialist who can can help with anything related to the site or equipment provided.
